Frequently Asked Questions

How long before I receive my images and/or video?
Our turnaround time is 4-6 weeks for photos and 6 – 8 weeks for video. If you would like to receive your media sooner, please contact us as we do have options which will allow you to receive the items within 2 weeks at an additional cost.
What if we go over the hours?
You can purchase additional hours if you think that your event will go longer than 4 hours. This can be done at contract signing. Also, we never leave a venue until we notify our clients; you can simply ask us to stay longer if you need it.

What’s your travel cost?
This depends on a case-by-case basis; there are no travel costs within the GTA.
What if it rains?
That is why we alway advise to have a backup location, or a location that has both indoor and outdoor options. If all else fails we can always shoot at the wedding venue!
Retainer?
Yes, we require 50% on contract signing and the balance is due on the day of the shoot. Alternate arrangements can be made in extenuating circumstances.
